While I was browsing over the forums I joined, I came across the Uy Dental Clinic (UDC) Group. There were a handful of positive feedback about them, so I gave their Uy Dental Clinic Premier branch in Dapitan branch a call.
I asked the price of their wisdom teeth extraction, the person who assisted me said that it can range from 5,000 to 10,000, depending on the severity of the case. And I thought that it’s cheaper than the ones I previously scouted.
So, I requested an appointment with their Chief Oral Surgeon.
Dr. Charslton Uy, UDC’s Chairman and Chief Oral Surgeon, was the one who performed my wisdom teeth extraction.
He answered all of my questions and he explained everything well. He has an extensive list of trainings and solid academic background. I just knew that he really has the expertise. On the day of surgery, he made feel that I was, my teeth rather, were in good hands. He’s kind, empathetic, and cautious. He knew how to calm me. Also, he has “very light hands”.
My first consultation and post-surgery check-up with him were free of charge. The entire extraction amounted to 12,000 only — 5,000 for the left tooth and 7,000 for the right tooth.
Their UDC Premier clinic is their newest branch so obviously the place is still spic-and-span and they have modern equipment. It is located at G/F Karenza Building (Former Bench Fix Salon), Dos Castillas St. cor. Dapitan, Manila. But they have other branches in Sampaloc, QC, and Pasay. I think, Dr. Uy only reports to their Uy Dental Clinic Premier and QC clinics.
