Travel requirements of the Bicol Region

It is the holiday season! If you are thinking of going to Bicol to spend Christmas and New Year with your family or simply visit this beautiful place, hold your horses because there are still strict travel requirements for most of the provinces and cities of the Bicol region.

As of November 15, 2021, here are the travel requirements of Bicol Region’s 6 provinces, Naga and Legazpi cities according to the Department of Tourism (DOT) of Region 5:

ALBAY

For fully-vaccinated travelers:

  • Vaccination Card
  • Albay Get Pass

For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers (Source): 

  • Negative Antigen test result, valid within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the specimen was taken.
  • Albay Get Pass

CAMARINES SUR
  • Vaccination Card
  • S-Pass
CAMARINES NORTE

For fully-vaccinated travelers:

  • Vaccination Card
  • Valid ID
  • Cam Norte Travel Pass

For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers (Source): 

  • Negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test result, valid within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the specimen was taken.
  • Valid ID
  • Cam Norte Travel Pass

CATANDUANES (Open for Authorized Persons Outside Residence [APOR] only)
  • RT-PCR Test
  • S-Pass
MASBATE
  • Vaccination Card
  • S-Pass
SORSOGON
  • Vaccination Card
  • S-Pass
NAGA CITY

For fully-vaccinated travelers:

  • Vaccination Card
  • S-Pass

For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers (Source): 

  • Negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test result, valid within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the specimen was taken.
  • S-Pass
  • Valid ID
LEGAZPI CITY

For fully-vaccinated travelers:

  • Vaccination Card
  • Albay Get Pass

For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers (Source): 

  • Negative Antigen test result, valid within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the specimen was taken.
  • Albay Get Pass

Moreover, check and ensure that you have these requirements handy to fly via Cebu Pacific. Look for the required documents under either Naga City or Legazpi City.
